His interest in the discipline, fairness, the functioning of the state, and the judicial system naturally led Alexandru Sima to the Faculty of Law at the University of Bucharest. After graduation, he continued with the Master’s program in Civil Law and Civil Procedural Law at the Faculty of Law of Titu Maiorescu University, where he graduated as a class leader. His early experience in law was marked by a variety of cases and files in which he advised and represented the interests of clients.
Alexandru Sima works with numerous Romanian and foreign legal clients, assisting them in all stages of the business, from the registration of the company to the process of recruiting employees, then the purchase of goods and services, both in Romania and abroad, as well as in litigation inherent to the activity. Although many clients are major players in the fashion, retail, or media industries, and therefore legal entities, he also assists individuals with their problems, which, although at first glance may have less appeal, are often even more emotionally charged.
Alexandru Sima handles important cases in the areas like Personal Data Protection and Intellectual Propriety. He communicates fluently in English and French.
Even the law is his biggest passion, he has a great cinema culture,(he has seen over 600 films), he also loves history and field tennis.
The practice areas in which Alexandru Sima is active and has extensive experience are cyber law, administrative litigation, contracts and covenants, labor law, and intellectual property.
