Andrei Bran graduated in 2007 from the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest, and subsequently completed a Master’s degree in Banking Law as well as postgraduate studies in Civil Law.
With 17 years of lawyer practice, including 2 years in consultancy and 15 years in litigation, Andrei Bran has become well acquainted with the specific nature of judicial representation, developing strategies for both the pre-litigation stage and the active phase of disputes, across a wide range of highly complex civil and commercial litigation.
He has represented and advocated for clients’ interests before courts of all levels of jurisdiction, ensuring clear communication, structured case management, and continuous alignment with clients’ objectives throughout the entire lifecycle of each dispute.
Andrei plays chess and The Elder Scrolls.
