Andrei Marcu has been a practicing attorney since 2019.
He practices law on solid foundations, acquired through the completion of both the Bachelor’s and Master’s programs at the Faculty of Law of Constanța – “Ovidius” University, as well as the National Institute for Training and Professional Development of Lawyers. He has been publishing scholarly notes on JURIDICE.ro since his student years.
Honesty and professionalism are the defining traits in handling any entrusted matter, with the solutions he identifies being innovative and elevating for each individual case.
Andrei has gained significant experience in labor law, commercial law and civil law.
